Texas inmates? prison v. jail? - cost of texas inmate
Someone told me that Texas prisoners the opportunity to go to jail (instead of jail) if they pay for their imprisonment. Is that true? Someone said that costs about 40-60 per day if the family is a prisoner willing to pay to go to jail rather than prison, jail ..... Does that mean that it is preferable to prison? If so, why? What is the difference? Is not that a cell in a cell? Can we really choose a prisoner locked up in prison?
